If you don't like the vocaloid because you just don't like the voice, that's fine. But it's quality should always be based on how easy it is to work with and how well it can be tuned. This is usually because the person is new to using the software, not because the VB is bad.ģ: (How is it made) The way the voicebank sounds should not automatically make it bad, some vocaloids are more rich sounding, some are airy and light, others can be nasally. The same thing goes for vocaloids, each voice has something unique to them that can make a song amazing or be an absolute deal breaker for another.Ģ: (How well tuned is it) I have seen my fair share of badly tuned covers and Original songs that make the voicebank sound like it's slowly being ran over by a pick-up truck. (Does the voice fit) Most singers will have songs that fit their voice, while other songs don't do justice.Although people have likes and dislikes (and I totally get that), I'd like to break this argument a bit more.
I have seen many people state some vocaloids are 'bad quality' because of the way the voice sounds.
